so whats YOUR favorite slipknot song?

im not bashing on slipknot because i find them dissonant or anything in any way. im not trying to belittle anyone that listens to slipknot, and im not coming here to troll either. Im jsut saying, i dont like slipknot, but you guys do, thats cool. What ELSE do you listen to? because i seldom find people who listen to slipknot as well as lots of other death/black metal.

also by musically technichal i mean like, what scales they use time signatures etc. slipknot can play, but ive never heard a 6 string sweep in any of their stuff...

im not trying to make any enemies here, sorry if i got on your tits slipknot psycho, im just trying to voice what i think and share some of the stuff i DO like at the same time.

and anyone who says metal has no rythm needs to learn to comprehend time sigs other than 4/4! metal is all about timing, as im sure any drummer knows.

hell, i dont even like slipknot, but a few of their songs really get my blood flowing

i have 2 favs though, wait and bleed, and the acoustic version of vermillion

i love the chorus to duality as well

surfacing for sure. I really liked the new album, but that was when i kinda stopped listening to them so i haven't listened to it as much as their first real album. I use to listen to mate feed kill repeat a whole lot, but that was before they were the band that they are now.

what do you mean? did they break up or am i just missing something? i've been out of the slipknot loop for a while. That fucking sucks if they did though...
