I'm pretty sure that the conversations on the show are scripted. Although he might write it I'm not sure. I like the show but I'm pretty sure the interviews are all scripted.

The only way Bill will win is if he brings a bear onto the show... Stephen will run for the hills.

Bill is a pompous ass hat who thinks he's right all of the time... Stephen is a pompous sexy man who KNOWS he's right all of the time. But of course, that's just the Stephen Colbert character talking, IRL, Colbert is a really funny and down to earth guy, so I've heard.

I can't wait.

Both of them are just stooges for their respected parties. I am pretty sure that you have to sign over your soul when you enter the political arena anyway (at least in the US).

I don't think I would call Stephen Colbert "gracious" or "down to earth".

He mentions watching news programs in the back of his limo all the time.

I like him just as much as everyone else, but his head has been swelling lately.
