JeenYuss, I think the schoolteacher case was that the kid's parents pressed charges and they called him as a witness... and didn't she get pregnant by him too? Creepy!!!! I'm under the impression that most statutory rape cases don'r have an arrest made like right away after you just rolled out of bed and are prosecuted based upon testimony

Check out your state laws. If you're not having sex with her there is nothing to worry about; otherwise be careful. All it takes is one fight where she decides to tell the authorities and then you're convicted of a "sex crime." Being such, you will be listed as a sex offender on government websites and hassled for the rest of your life. Sex isn't worth that much brotha, wait til she's of the age of consent.
