The future

i wanna buy some land and turn it into a self sustaining productive ecosystem and then sit back on the porch, smoke wild, self sown weed and play the guitar while the goats and chickens and kookaburras sing along.


We'll i am selling some land, on an island.

Though it is quite costly,
But im sure if you'll get used ot the fact that it's a just a rock in a puddle in ym driveway, you'll settle in nice with the goats.

(please understand that in this binding contract there may not actually be a rock in a pudle and you may we'll be just giving me money).
