No don't get me wrong I am glad he is FINALLY paying attention to Africa but it does not excuse the the HUGE cuts he made when he first became president to any clinic that advertised birth control...including abortion. If a clinic so much as mentioned abortion as an option the US cut off all moneys for birth control. This resulted in a huge amount of clinics closing. Then there was the aid he promised for AIDS that never came. So a lot of this money is money he took away a while back....he is going down in history as one of the worst presidents EVER...this is like when an old person has been an asshole his entire life then as death approaches he's suddenly nice and trying to get into heaven... He has lied to the American people his entire presidency. He has not given me any reason to trust him so I don't. Anything Bush does is for Bush I won't be fooled but you go ahead and enjoy the kool-aid.

I never knew so many people liked kool aid. We can't even drink the water without an RO system. I'm sure he's got worst down pat!
