cathy <3 been mising you....
i think that thing with the mispelled words, i think that is a brain trick..there is this thing about how your brain doesnt really read but recognize letters, like words are in files in our brain, and that you can read words even if the letters arent right due to this "memory file"...i think i am explaining that right..damn i am high..anyway..i took a spead reading class before i started college, and that is where i heard it..that is how you "retrain your brain"..ho hum
Yes, your very right. As long as the first and last letters of a word are there, all the letteres in the middle can be jumbled up and we can still read it fluently. Rather interesting really lol.
Great Picture!
i found that post kinda funny cuz i read it without any trouble then realized woah he def. can't spell at all. i remember hearing about some test proving that in our brains when we read we only look at the first and last letters in the word....so the middle of the word can be as mixed up as it can be and u could still understand....i find that cool as hell.Quote:

Aoccdrnig to a rscheearch at Cmabrigde Uinervtisy, it deosn't mttaer in waht oredr the ltteers in a wrod are, the olny iprmoetnt tihng is taht the frist and lsat ltteer be at the rghit pclae. The rset can be a toatl mses and you can sitll raed it wouthit porbelm. Tihs is bcuseae the huamn mnid deos not raed ervey lteter by istlef, but the wrod as a wlohe.
Or rather...
According to a researcher (sic) at Cambridge University, it doesn't matter in what order the letters in a word are, the only important thing is that the first and last letter be at the right place. The rest can be a total mess and you can still read it without problem. This is because the human mind does not read every letter by itself but the word as a whole.
OK now enough science class....back to the MOD a$$ kissing.........
