yeah i remember the one last year which i wrote about was so loud and shook the sliding door so hard that i though someone had taken a mad jump from the roof to the porch to try to break in. I was indoors at the time. Sonic booms are definitely real. It was the space shuttle reentering and it landed about 50 air miles from where i was.
If someone is pulling in behind you in a tight parking spot they ain't gonna be flying at you. I thought it was merely a small fender bender. Like she went up just a tad to far. But it was a big part of it being stoned as a bitch and totally not expecting it.Quote:

We have an airforce base near our house, and one of the largest military testing sites in the US about an hour from my house... And I STILL hear sonic booms. Those things are fucking scary, especially if you're 7 years old and you hear one for the first time :P
lol i still remember when i was somewhere near that age (7) there was a fighter-style jet flying over my house (wasn't like i was out in the country and that was the only house there, so i'm not trying to give that impression or anything, still doesn't change it was over my house) and i heard this loud ass BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM! i thought that fucker crashed into the back of my house or something..... only now i'm realizing i think that's what i heard.....
