im.......i cant believe.......im doing this

Hey man...first off it ain't easy. I've been smoking close to 20 years now, and I ain't 35. About a year ago a friend suggested that I switch to natural tobacco cause ain't got all the chemicals. So i got some organic, additive free American Spirit tobacco, threw out the papers they came with, used my good ol' alternative smoking papers.....Smoking DeLuxe....they are thin man! Any way enough bout the paper, but that tobacco I'm still smoking. It's not like I crave smoking anymore, but I just have one when I want, when I'm relaxing...sort like some desert after dinner. Before I started smoking this stuff, I had been smoking 2 packs of Marlies a day for years...now a pouch a week. Going back to the paper, I heard that a lot of the chems that make you addicted in the first place are in the paper.... Any way man good luck...at 17 if you have the gumption to ask about quitting kid your way ahead of most of smokers....now I'm not talkin' bout the green...no sense in quittin that. Quit smokin and don't ever start....Peace :rastasmoke:

Try a nicotine inhalator, worked for me. I packed in tobacco in 1999 after 15 years of addiction.

go to the place where you buy your squares and ask em for a bag of "Kites". They are about 1.75 and you can roll your own squares, tobacco and papers included. Theyre great for broke days and you wont smoke as many, theyre a pretty strong turkish blend, but they do the trick.

its not that hard i only smoke joints now first u have to smoke menthol they help u ut down then have some self disapline and cut them out
