i eat like one meal a day as well... sometimes i'll go a couple of days without really eatting... i have some type of problem, not really sure what it is, but i go through periods were food just seems... disgusting... just the thought of eating makes me want to puke, even if i haven't been sick or ill, or even feeling bad all day... i can have a great day, feel on top of the world, sit down to a plate, see the food and instantly wanna just start puking...
as for what do i eat, more often then not i end up eating a burger or a burrito from a fast food joint (cheese burger with only meat cheese and onion from jack n the box, or grilled stuffed burrito from taco bell) i cook, but lately i haven't felt up to cooking... when i cook, it usually ends up being chicken... i don't have a very wide diet, as i said i have some type of [psychological] problem with eating, and you couple that with extreme pickiness, and it doesn't leave me a whole lot of choices..
i have the most ridiculous eating habits ive ever heard of. im almost 6 feet tall, 135 pounds, which apparently is pretty damn skinny... i eat next to nothing. going an entire day to day and a half without eating anything isnt really out of the ordinary.... and when i do eat it takes me barely anything before im full....
the weird thing is i used to be fat!
