Over here in France people don't give a shit!they'll give a lighter,cigarettes... to anybody above 11 and who looks like they're OK.
Alcohol is the same i was buying alcohol and getting drunk with my friends at 13yrs of age.

well this is some super secret information that only i and a select other few know.
step1: smoke a bowl
2 slowly carress your high
