How do you get to sleep? A little bitching a lot of asking...

i talk in my sleep thanks to people makin so much noise.. like yesturday a buddy of mine came knockin on the door cuz i told him to wake me up in like 20 mins cuz i was just havin a nap.. so he does and supposidly i was shoutin "YEAH I KNOW!!!!!!!!" like... goin proper physco about it.. i dont even rememeber it but yeah.. and i kept sayin "just 20 more mins" to, which i also dont remember..

Yeah hopefully the rat didn't start muchin on the wood of the pencil and eat the lead though...

Oh yeah, I forgot about that. Well still I can't imagine it being any good for a rat to be eating. Also, has anyone tried Ambien? I was thinking about getting a prescription for it, because basically I can't get to sleep unless I stay up to rediculous hours.

ambien didn't do shit to me, i even took 2x the max dose, might work for you.. but i need something that is atleast moderately sedating.... i hate the shit, but i can garuntee if you get a script for trazadone you'll never have problems sleeping again.

I watch info-mercials.

Or a couple Ativan do the trick.

Usually I smoke 2 or 3 bowls, then just lay down o.O

Before I started smoking marijuana, I had some problems sleeping, I would stay up for 2 or 3 days with no sleep at a time.

when you dont have to get up in the mornin for work or school or anythin anymore u kinda get use to it.. i got up at 8pm last week.. 13 hours sleep... lol, its pretty sweet if you ask me, but sometimes i have trouble tellin when im awake or asleep when i sleep for so long

I take trazodone and smoke right before bed. When I had a hamster I had the same problem so I ended up putting her in the bathroom and I could still hear her so I ended up moving her cage to the basement.
