hold on a minute, now i made a comment on this on the south america board too, but wtf is up with that rule. i mean this is a cannabis site, which for a lot of people on this is growing illegally. and i understand the mods have to know what we are saying, but he just needs translations for a girl, we're not giving him directions how to do something bad to the white house or something. especially in the message boards that are meant for other countries, that's dumb to say well here's a board for people in china and than say well you can't speak your native language, get fucking real. sounds like what the u.s. does when it attacks other countries. really mean no disrespect, just sounds hypocritical of potheads all the way in the u.s. trying to get rid of ridiculous weed laws and than putting up ridiculous laws on other people.
The thing is, Mista can get translations for a girl through email communications, through instant messaging, through a Spanish-speaking friend, through a teacher, or through his own research on the Web. This is an American-owned cannabis site and not a how-to-romance-a-Latina advice forum.
So even though this site provides a variety of international sub-forums and does an excellent job of including and welcoming members from all over the globe, this is still an English-based forum. Those in other countries are welcome to speak and write their native languages as much as they want in electronic communications like email, IM, etc.
But ultimately, the owners who are responsible for this site are English-speaking and are held accountable to American communication standards and law-enforcement regulations. So they have to be able to see clearly what's being said by everyone. They own the site, and that allows them to make the rules.
Ok, so American people who own a grow site basically on how to grow weed which is illegal in the united states must follow american communication standards? and i am not sure about how welcoming you guys are. i mean you guys have forums for other people. but its the same americans, or british, or australia people that are on everywhere else. most only have 2 threads if that. not saying its a bad site but just pointing out the silliness in thinking its a great international device. it might be for english speaking countries, but i guess that goes with the rule. but in the end i see your point. it's american, and if it's american usually whoever has the most money makes the ruels. probably the reason real legislation on marijuana can't be change up there. now i am not the rule man, but from what i see it's a "mostly" english rule. meaning you have to understand the general feeling of the message. Now with all do respect, was the broken spanish these people saying hard to decipher? it might've been because of spelling but than again it might be easier cuz i know what they meant to put. once again not a personal attack on anybody, or on this site as a whole. maybe trying to open up some minds.
hey birdgirl....dont get mad at me, sistah...but you broke the english only rule by saying "please" in spanish LMFAO so hah!!! :D
so wait...um....now you have to give yourself a warning?
