The GTA's and other similar games are cool. Playing Scarface at the moment, though haven't tried playing it stoned yet.

Absolutely love playing Gran Turismo 3 when I'm high. Agree with the person who said listening and playing music is better though.

I've never really been that baked, let alone played a video game while high, but Katamari Damacy or We Love Katamari would probably be pretty damn interesting.
