you burn more calories in the early morning than any other time of day. Ill stick with weight lifting and suicide drills during practice.

Well seeing as smoking increases your heart rate, you won't be able to excercise as effeciently as opposed to excercising whilst sober
One gets to know down to the ounce which weights one can lift, and I don't lift less when stoned than I would when I do an average workout.
The only thing that seems to happen is that I don't have the furious motivation to squeeze out those extra reps that I try to do when I'm sober and feeling full of spunk.
But I don't have the motivation for that in all my sober work outs either.

Funny thing last week. So I use to run Cross Country in high school. About 3-4 miles a day. I haven't run for about 5 years and have smoked a lot of trees in that time, drank a lot of alcohol, and dabbled here and there. I'm never really 'out of shape' but I don't lift or excersize. So I go to the gym with my friends last week (I went to waste time), and I end up running 4 miles straight on the treadmill. Go figure. This amazed me. I'll tell ya this tho, after I got off the treadmill, I was like floating and almost 'high' from this shock to my body. I never ran that well before smoking, so maybe it opens the lungs a little?!? lol, ya maybe.

at night when the homies wanna drink and sniff
or go eat soem fatty food
i just stay to myself and be clean cuz in the morning i gotta run
its working out pretty good
im getting in shape big time and my peers are going downhill
I probably smoke about 30 cigs a day, 7 g's of weed a day and eat a ton but i never do any real excersice, apart from heavy lifting [Part of my job]
Im still not fat though.
I guess i should do some more though, i wanna get back into hiking and jogging.
