The first time i smoked savlia I bought some down in Austin while I was going to the Flamingo Cantina for live reggae night. I had heard you trip fuckin nuts so I didn't want to freak out in a club around a lot of ppl I didn't know, so we mixed it about half and half with some decent nugs we had and smoked it. It is pretty fucking cool actually, you don't get the salvia "trip" at least I didn't, I just got this really nice dream-like high feeling all night. It made everything seem so surreal. Try it.

i did 25x and had an out of body experience. and you don't need a water piece, or a torch lighter. put some of the base leaf down in the bowl and put some salvia on top of that. then take it all in in one hit and hold

So last weekend I tripped VERY hard on shrooms.....was watching Next Friday, and lets just say it felt like I was in the friggin movie. I'm not a big psychadelic fan due to the ego-loss and the "Oh my god" aspect of it. So I probably wouldn't like Salvia huh? I like to try anything once....but I doubt its more intense than 3.5 grams of strong shrooms where I was so gone the thought that I was on shrooms totally vanished and time started to go backwards lol. (say Im wrong if I am).

In some aspects, salvia is just teasing you. It gives you a small little sample of what LSD is like, lasting only a few minutes.

It's better to use a water pipe when you smoke it because it's so harsh, but go ahead and smoke from a pipe if your lungs can handle it. It's kind of gross either way though.

Salvia is alright if there's no weed around I guess, but it's just too short to be enlightening or fun. Gimme my LSD any day. ~

Whats the difference between a hallucigen (weed) and altered experiences/dream/fantasy (lsd/salvia).

the difference is that weed isnt a hallucinegin and lsd is and so too is salvia.

SHould I get a little buzzed bforehand? Not drunk but buzzed and relaxed? Will the effect be better?

Just smoke it and find out for yourself. ;) You will see the before effects of any of stimulant will become obsolete once you smoke salvia.

Use a bong, get a screen for the bowl....get a torch lighter...and smoke it.
Also yeah it is a good idea to have others around..that aren't fucked up anymore from it or didn't smoke it at all.
..and don't try to stand up, definitly do it sitting down...and stay there..
