THC is alcohol soluble so I wouldn't reccomend using it as bong water.It would probably REDUCE the thc you inhaled rather than increase anything.But if you DID use hard liquor in your bong,THEN drinking the used bong contents would be less than stupid,like drinking the funky ass smelling bong water would be.Because the funky alcohol WOULD have thc in it.
