I don't think you can ban a website for the fuckups inside it, after reading some of the posts most of the info u will find in the news anyway, most of em are expressing there theories on the crimes, or just commenting on the stuff in the news, not in a sadistic way but the way anybody would, like:-

I don't think you're gonna have any luck in shutting the website down, just because this info is available anyway, I do believe you should have a say in getting that info about your cousin taken down though, because you're family for fuck sake, some ppl have no respect.
Did you hear about the Ken Bigley vids bein on the internet? If they haven't been taken down (I dunno if they have) I doubt they'll even bat an eyelid over this, sorry, the law's shit, and is pretty much void of emotion, thats the reason why drug dealers get 25 yrs, and Child rapists only get 2 1/2 cuz these sick fucks can be 'reformed' even though they've scarred some1's life, while dealers are obviously beyond help.
