its just a human condition, present since birth

the video was obviously a fake dub-over, as most waterheads wouldnt be dancing around to techno music for no reason, and snorting coke

its just a guy with a fake head on, and some technology put to use

real waterheads just sit and drool...they are born with extra fluid in their skulls, and therefor a large head...the fluid puts extra pressure on their brain, and they eventually die...but they may of not even of known they where alive
