Wish Pandora's Box were online just to speak as the resident pharmacist among us. He'd certainly howl with laughter at the explanation of penicillin as a mixture of potassium and salt for treatment of diabetes.
Just as they don't have any recreational high value, those pills don't have any monetary street value, either. They're worthless. And I rather get the feeling they may not be the only things in this situation that word applies to.
Don't take them.
Don't sell them to someone.
Take the old ibuprofen if you must for a headache or inflammatory pain.
Throw out the four-year-old penicillin; antibiotics don't have a long shelf life.
Find yourself something of real value to sell so you can use your earnings to hire an English tutor.

I once asked a pharmacist if my pain killers were too old. She said there is nothing bad that can happen by taking old drugs, they just lose there potency.
