No, it isnt exactly legal in Mexico, but it's quite easy to get. And if you get caught by the cops, you usually have the chance to pay them in order for them to let you go. Actually, I think its legal to carry up to a gram or 2 grams, something like that but u usually cant buy weed in such small quantity
I live in england 1.7g of any quality green will cost you £10/$18 , resin will cost ya £5/$9 for about 4g. A while ago i was given 2oz of the nicest resin that I had ever smoked for £20/$37 , I sold a half to this dude and got my money back and 1 and a 1/2oz of decent resin.
