I love having the munchies, Its my favorite thing to do after I smoke is too go in the kitchen and make a huge meal. None of my friends understand how I can eat so much but I dont gain weight. I guess I just naturally have a fast metabolism.

remember its not always how much sugar something has like candy + sweets, its stuff with allot of fat and oil, like one of our favorite munchies PIZZA!
best healthy(ish) munchie foods imo:
-smoothies
-fresh fruits (nothing tangy, more towards bananas, grapes)
-dried fruits (pineapple, apricot)
-cereal(I can go through a big box if i forget that im eating it)
-cashews
-oatmeal with allot of sugar (a good filler; will nearly beat out the munchie affect)
-matzoh(a lil salt is good)
-bread/crackers/more matzoh + honey/jam/marmelade
-flavored yogurt(Stoney Feild (hehe) makes the best; try the caramel!)
-Jiffy peanut butter. Straight.
-allot of water will help you forget about the munchies too...
u guys r stupid your supposed 2 eat b4 u smoke so u wont get hungry cuz eating fucks up your high or at least it does 2 me
