ha I've heard that one before even used it before...it must of come from a movie or something.



The #1 reason where people go wrong is they either smoke in their car :error: or they look like a pot head, worse even a drugie :eek:.

People shouldn't have to tell you to use your manners thats just a no brainer.

But there is some good constitutional info here. The acting was terrible on both sides. Most people I know would have opened the door with a slice of pizza and said DUDE!...lol. Also not a good thing to do. And most cops don't act like that IMO.

Fuck them, these are your provided constitutional rights, and they have no right whatsoever to violate these, so long as you're not doing anything wrong. The cops cannot keep you and ask you questions and waste your time. You have a right that protects you of that. "Officer, are we going to be detained, or may we get going now?" etc..If they do anything that they can't, let them know you're aware that they can't do that and then you can just sweat them and make them let you go on your way.
