Its simple just pick some healthy seeds (ask Plastik on how to pick seeds). Then i toss a few in a cup of water you want them to sink (i just left mine over night). Put em in a wet papertowel then in a sealed ziplock. I have heard alot of people say a dark spot is the best place for germination but i tried a window seal and that worked out great. Check it out in 2-3 days. Notice title of tha tread SIMPLE GROW.

All temps are the same ...using full nutes ...2weeks old

at 17 days and things seem to be alright ...its starting to get a smell

well the plant is dying ...at the base is a 1 inch area with root rot ...ill cut it soon and use some cloning gel ...i have it held up with string and im tryin to aggitate that area so it might bring in more cell growth (fatten it up) before i have to cut it.

It looks over ferted. You should have waited on the nutes.

Next time wait until its that size to use 1/4 strength nutes and get a fan on her to fatten up them stems.

i dont think i would change doin anything different ...it was coming out nice ...next time i wont use the rockwool

yeah if you have hydroton, don't even bother with the rockwool. if you haven't already, add some hydrogen peroxide to the res, and if you can, a powerhead, or some airstones. good luck next time. you are growing more than one right? I would recommend to grow more than one. once you have a good mom plant, it should be smooth sailing. also start out with 1/8th nutes, then work your way up to 1/4 after a few weeks, then work your way up to 1/2 strength, and you can stay there during veg, to flower, and until harvest.

You're not too far from me, maybe it's something in the water. Take it from me, The Black Hand of Death, I'd suggest using distilled water if you haven't. The stuff I purchase has a ppm of 10 and a PH of 6.

This is what I found in my limited experience. The 3 or 4 times I've used unfiltered tap water (ppm 200) and used more than 2/3 of the reccommended amount of nutes something bad happens. The two times I used filtered tap water (ppm 100) and used 3/4 of the nute level and didn't have a problem.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong on this. If you are going to use tap water let it sit 2 or 3 days so the chlorine dissipates.??
