I always try to look sober when I go out only because I live in a more conservative area than I used to. I really don't act any differently...maybe I'll spend a longer time browsing at the mall or something. I'm a big people watcher...I can just smoke, go to the mall, and watch the various organisms commune and move about. Human interactions can be fascinating.

Then don't try shrooming in public. Once me and some friends were shrooming at the beach and we ended up running off to hide in the bushes for something like 2-3 hrs because the "other people" kept looking at us.

As for being stoned in public, I've been smoking for so long that it's not a big deal anymore. Unless I'm totally baked most people would have no idea. Even then, since I look the exact opposite of a stereotypical stoner, people would be more inclined to think I was sick than stoned. Still, I find I try to avoid being high in public unless its at a concert or something like that. I just figure why waste good weed on something like going shopping?

Ain't that the truth. I always have people asking me if my allergies are bothering me or if I got enough sleep before they start thinking I smoked some herb.

i love it...I would say im a fairly conservative person, not into doing much in public, im not loud, i usually keep to myself, definitely not a sex in public type, but i feel like being stoned in public is my own passive way of saying...fuck off to the man....im high, and you cant say shit

It depends on the situation- I work as a RN at a medical respite shelter for the homeless- I once went to a funeral service for this one guy who died from alcoholic seizures -I went stoned but since i knew I would be around coworkers and some of the clients I was smart enough to use deoderizer.chewing gum and hand cleaner but I have to admitt MJ acts as a catylst to feel feelings and it got too intense seeing and hearing friends and esp the daughter of this guy
wailing and crying. Had to leave -and smoke a couple of bowls afterward and chanted some daimoku for the poor guy and his family he left behind. FUCK ALCOHOL
