I admire anyone who would want to be a mod, and make an added contribution to the site. It seems like alot of aggravation, having to deal with some immature (not necessarily their age) posters.
Personally, if I were looking for Mods, I'd look for more subject experts (growing, legal, activists, sexuality ... ) who would more in the foreground, as visible forum leaders, not just traffic cops.
But no matter how they are chosen, I appreciate their contribution.
