i lift weights, do some cardio, plus i skate so that helps.
i eat healthy...swim and stuff like that.

the only exersize i get is when i am runnin from a cop car i see when i am drunk and high(not fun i kept fallin) butr other then that i play soccer so i stay pretty fit
