Im a very improvised drummer, can sit on my drums for an hour and just play watever i want, really trying hard to do sum jass drumming atm. I can drum hip hop, rock, hardcore, funk, sum jazz, and also play some break beats to. Gna be putting sum videos of me drumming on youtube as well soon. Cheers BOB

here's a pic from a recent show and a song to check out
I play guitar, dabble in bass, and mostly write music.. LOL, here's something I wrote for my band - sorry the Midi converter effed it up and it sounds like crazy demon video game music.
I wrote the drums, bass, ect. with my bro.
But listen, I thought it was funny :D
check out a few of my beats at http://www.backalleyproductionz.com
I play the one, the only, the bass guitar! An instrument that doesn't get the respect it deserves.
I've been playing the drums for about 2 years. Unfortunately it's not a very nice set but I plan on getting a Pearl Export double bass set as soon as I get the money. I listen to almost anything, jazz, rock, techno, metal, classical, some rap, even country if i'm in the mood. I'd have to say my favorite drummer of all time would be Buddy Rich but in this day and age it would be Derek Roddy. I used to be in this band with my friends but I left cause I moved outta state. Check em out. http://www.myspace.com/xneverthelessx They're not bad but the singer sucks and does the recording by himself lol. anyways...drums kick ass!!
When I land a French horn I'll learn to play it, but for now I just play trumpet and piano. And I love to mess with shit like Fruity Loops and Cool Edit Pro and make my own music.Quote:

I have played in 2 different bands, both which we used to play gigs. One, when I was 17 and we played Deftones, Snot influenced music. We called ourselves Blindmans Bitch. We stopped haning out though as they wanted to continue playing semi-heavy music, but I wanted to explore further into heavier music.
Then 2 years ago, when I was 22, I played in another band, we called ourselves Hedstrung and we played countless shows around Alberta. There were 3 guitar players, 1 of them singing, and a drummer. We had no bass and our sound was thunderous and loud. We played Pantera, Down influenced music, but, we split up because my one friend died from past complications of being hooked on meth. Too much damage was done to his body to recover from past addictions, and he died and went braindead when he slipped into a coma. I still play our songs too. Monster heavy and people would enjoy it if we were still playing.
I'm still looking to get a band put together, but a lot of the people here aren''t willing to play some ball grabbing, hell raising music. A lot of groups here are Emo, and not heavy enough, so it's been tough looking for someone who doesn't like to go home and cry all over their guitar. :D
I play heavy music mostly, but lately, I've been dabbling into some Pink Floyd and learned Wish You Were Here a few days ago.
I have a Fender. I'm not sure on the exact model, but it looks identical to Epiphone's SG model, but it says Fender on the headstock. I equipped the neck pickup with a Seymour Duncan Dimebucker.
I alos have a '67 Fender Strat, but I took the strings off and put her away. It has more sentimental value than playing value. Single coil pickups just don't compare to humbuckers, so I put her away in her case.
I have an old Nova acoustic guitar. I found this thing for $2 at a thirft shop. The neck was broken and needed to be fixed up big time. I took it home, and in 48hrs, I fixed it up and it sounds amazing. Not bad for a $2 guitar. It only has 18frets on it, which makes it quite small, but I love it.
I play through a Fender amp as well.
