ok slpntrx, i guess it takes some people are just a little slow so ill break it down for you...People pay these things called taxes, in your case your mommy and daddy do, these taxes go to the government, and the government gives a good portion strait to schools...so, if retards like him steal from the schools then taxpayers money is waisted, which makes taxes go up to pay for stolen goods, which makes EVERYONE pay more for taxes. SO...by stealing from the schools as he did, he basicly just stole from every single person in his country...(im guessing USA).
