In front of a police station? I had to sit outside one once when I was waiting for a friend who was arrested. Guess how I passed the time! :D

for me in a store whenever I'm baked I have the need to spend money on useless things its like an addiction i have but only happens when I'm stoned. when I'm straight I don't spend anything.
