i used to pinch from someone's sack when i was younger, but dont do that anymore and i smoke with them when i have weed now.
from friends? never except once, but lemme explain. i was smokig with 2 friends in my room, and i had a nug about the size of a gram left. we were smoking and what not, and i went to stash my leftovers, and they were gone. later one i found out that one of my friends took it, and he kept denying it even though he cant cover his tracks for shit, so i knew. later on i pinched bud from him. ye for an eye, nug for a nug.

I had a friend in High School that met this chick and her Dad (whom was a big time dealer) got busted for some traffic thing, so long story short my friend held this chick's Dad's weed and stored about 10 LBS of weed in a tool shed in the back of his house. He showed it to me and that night I jumped his wall and took just handfuls of buds! I got home and the shit was falling out of my backpack (buds where sticking to my shirt) I smelled like weed I quickly layed it all out and it was close to 2LBS! I smoked that weed till I was sick!
The funny thing was the Dad was sent to jail and my buddy actually gave all the bud to his older brother who sold it for $8000. So no one ever even knew that I had pinched it! I've never have taken buds from friends and this was back in the day, back in High School. I do remember getting those forever long rolling papers that look like toilet paper and rolling theses monster joints and selling them for $5bucks (they must have had an 1/8th in each joint!)
I smoked one at a UB40 concert at Irvine Meadows and I think it got the whole row high (it must have came back to me like 5 times! lol

i didnt real care about this fool i just met him but he trusted me
he took me into his condo cuz i needed to re-up
he was serving me 1/2 lbs of mexican brick weed for 100.00
in those days that was profit central
in his mattres he had about 38 kilos of bud and about 15 grand
in coke just a lil over a key.
i soon as i seen that my brain went nuts
only us two were there and no one could trace me

One of my friends was pushing a few months ago just some pot here and there and these 4 guys jumped him and got about a lb off him one night right after i left his place it just happened that i knew everyone of them so me and some friends went to this guys place and just kicked in the door were we walked in and they were all around one table weighing out some cake at that point we were too pissed to think about if they were armed and im not gonna lie i was but anyways we went in showed them what we had and they didnt move so i let they guy they fucked with do whatever he wanted to too them i thought they got off pretty easy with what they got but when we were leaving i picked up a little over 2 keys of cake thats the only story i got they deserved it and its what happens when you fuck people over for no reason especially my friends

If alcohol counts yeh, I used to occaisonaly liberate a bottle of southern comfort from the local superstore when i was a high schooler..........ie about16.I would just stuff it in my bag and walk out after buying chewing gum lol worked evey time
