He was in Canada... so he said "fuck you" to the USA.

Until the USA was able grab a hold of people, that grabbed a hold of him. Now, I'm not sure, but I think he's in jail, in Canada... and the USA wants Canada to hand him over.

that is outdated info. i forget the case name but the supreme court ruled long ago that the death penalty was cruel and unusual punishment for crimes other than murder.

Very true. I think it costs something like £2,000 of taxpayers money to keep an inmate/chav in jail for a week. It costs the Army about 20p to manufacture a 5.56x45mm bullet. Also, it would solve the problem of third world hunger.

Maybe they would save some money if they didnt lock people up for stupid stuff like not paying council tax when the cost of locking them up is probably more then their council tax tax bill.
