this would give a new meaning to begginers, also to have a few of these along with cfls would be awsome.

those seem ok but you will have to deal with the ballast heat as well as the bulb heat.

yeah marc i remember that... some people got free samples from the manufacturer.. may have even been Zandor... ??/??

Anyway.. I remember the same thing,.. there was a serious heat issue... I think three of these HPS lights created more heat than a 600 watt hps....

or something pretty bad like that.... BUT....
all that being said.. I would definitely like to try them

I would definitely like to try them.. i would make sure I have great ventilation... and I am sure I could make a killing with them...

Be honest wit yourself, or listen to your friends... There is no beter opption then to do it with what works for me as well as others... There is no substiute in good genetics as well as proper equipment. The only reason I find myself using flors is for seedlings as well as to fill the gaps in my grows to fill them further, but never as a main light sorce.... Just not enough for the jungle room.....
