You people don't know what happened, yes there is reasonable doubt, but reasonable doubt doesn't prove one thing or the other, it just proves they can't win a court case with it.

Whats up with you? The players willingly gave DNA samples also...which SUPPORTED their story! Where is that tramps proof? Besides playing her race card that she is black and they are white? Its a big load of bs is what it is! I will jump on their wagon before I would help pull her load of crap....and when DNA is used to convict people...remember it helps to exonerate innocent people also...these guys were just guilty of being stupid...they should have hired white women.

If condoms had been used then why did the medical report say there was NO sign of ANY sexual activity? And if condoms are used in rape would there not at least be visible signs after claiming that 3 men (not one) 3....had forcefully raped a woman? Its not over..some people don't like looking foolish and the DA said he will not drop the case..he needs to admit he was wrong. At this point there are 46 young men that some have actually had to move because of safety concerns..46 samples came back that did not match any of them...the medical report submitted to the prosecutors and defense says no sign of sexual activity? You would think on making a claim of rape..including sodomy...you would at least make an effort....it doesn't add up for her..so why continue to put 46 lives on hold without any physical evidence linking them?

i think they should all be able to gangfuck her then for lying about it and fucking them over like that. i think the DA will just make himself look foolish if he pursues this without any evidence. i dont think a jury is gonna take some random strippers word over a bunch of duke students even if they r a roudy group they r pretty damn educated and i think much more credible.

The report that the news is reporting also said there was NO dna from the alleged victim in the bathroom where the alleged gang rape took place...her own claims are exonerating the players.

where the hell did you get this info from. the nurse that gave the rape kit said that her story, and the findings were consistent with rape not only vaginal, but anally. Nurses are not allowed whether they think she was raped or not, but the nurse did all that she could do by saying it was CONSISTENT.

No offense but stripping at parties isnt the most honest and moral work anyways so I dont see how this stripper has ANY credability at all, but I don't think she should be punished because we dont know the truth. what IF she was raped, think of how wrong it would be to sue her. she has a little bit of a reason to lie about something like this but in reality women who are raped rarely come forward, so for her to do it is a little bit more convincing. but the fact that no DNA evidence was found in a RAPE case is a little weird, maybe these guys know what they're doing, and tried no to leave any DNA. but to say she was sodomised and buttfucked and raped in a bathroom you'd think that there would be more evidence.

I don't recall a damn NURSE being mentioned in my post you smartbutt! Why don't you find it for yourself since you think your the smartest invention since sliced bread! The Chicago Tribune...New York Times updates plainly state this exact quote from the defense lawyer on the state medical lab report that released their findings on the alleged rape..There was NO DNA found in or on her to indicate at any time recently that she had even had sex. Also...she reported she broke 5 artificial nails off on one of her "attackers" arm...they were recovered in the bathroom where the alleged rape took place...and again...NO DNA! Read the entire story...she is 27 with 2 kids,black and there was an argument over her and her partner receiving alot of money and then "dancing" for only 2 minutes! Wonder how long before the DA will admit he jumped the gun and her story breaks down some more.
