actually for anyone UNDER 21 she's legal at 16. If you're 21 or older, 18 is the legal age for the other person involved. of course it also depends on what state you're living in.

What a crazy law to have,here in England it is simply just 16.

It is 21 for gays unless the law has already changed it to 18.Just thought I would add this bit on for absolutely no reason at all :stoned:
