There is a small country in the alps between spain and france. IT is called Andora. We have to be careful though. about 80 thousand live in that country. We would need every pot smoker in the state of california!!!Im so stoned!!!

Weed has brought the metric system to the US :) They should teach kids what an 1/8 is so they stop asking here every god damn day as well...
