I feel you, I tried to stop smoking some time 2 weeks ago or something and my gf (well...ex) was the best thing that ever happened to me too but she got caught cheatin and shit so I really was stressed out and started smoking and shit again. But in my situation it wouldnt matter if she went around tellin people because that would mean more money for me lol.
