I'll bet the BC court says "no" to sending Marc south, but the appeal by Federal court will send him south. Remember, you heard it here first.:thumbsup:

If the BC court desides either way then either party can appeal to the Provincal Court then after that ruling either party can appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada, if granted.

For those of you in Canada reading this, remember, mail to your MP in Ottawa may be sent without postage. I think also, if you want to call him, you can dial 1-800-O-Canada and they will connect you, thus saving any long distance charges. That works in BC for contacting BC government offices.

MP's generally have 2 offices. One is their constituency office and is located in the riding where they were elected. The other is in Ottawa in the Commons Block.

If this is his Ottawa office, it will be EST.

Its his Ottawa office
