i havent done either.

the same thing happens to me,but i can only do it if im high or really relaxed.also i have to be distraction free

i just tripped for over 15 minutes... i know this because i faded out right at the beginning of illusions by cypress hill and ended up in the middle of a kottonmouth kings song later on my playlist... canibus cup. damn im getting good at this.
