Ooh, where do I begin?
1) Celebrities. Overhyped, overpaid turds. Why should some jackass earn millions of dollars and the highest level of fame just because he can throw a ball, while THE PEOPLE WHO GROW THE FOOD WE EAT are among the poorest people on the planet?
2) Politicians. Lying power-hungry scumbags who are all to eager to suck the cock of any rich guy with an agenda. Everybody knows that's what they are. It's common knowledge that our politicians routinely lie to us, routinely side with the interests of whoever can afford lobbyists, and routinely break any of their campaign promises they feel like. And we have the nerve to say that the people are in charge of the country.
3) The RIAA. Bunch of whiny fucks. You don't have enough $500 bills to wipe your ass with, Metallica? Are you only selling enough CDs to afford 10 lines of coke off the stripper's back every day? Fuck off.
4) People who can't stand up to the truth when the facts make it clear that they're wrong. Everybody's entitled to their own opinion, but you can't just have the truth staring you in the face and not acknowledge it. This is how it is for most people with matters of politics and religion. People tend to pick some political and religious views they'd like to be true and adopt them, ignoring anything that might show they're wrong. It's this way with the anti-weed people. No matter how many statistics and empirical evidence you throw at them, they still go on believing that weed is an evil scourge that destroys lives (even if they can't tell you exactly how the average user suffers). Or look at how people still think they can ask God for stuff in prayer and he'll actually give it to them, when it's clear that prayer does nothing at all. You want the proof? Look at the Holocaust. You think all those Jews weren't praying not to die? "It was part of God's plan", they say. "The Lord works in mysterious ways." If that's so, if God already has a divine plan that he hatched out of his infinite wisdom, then what good is prayer? Ambrose Bierce put it best: "PRAY, v. To ask that the laws of the universe be annulled in behalf of a single petitioner confessedly unworthy." And yet the deluded masses continue to pray every Sunday, knowing full well they can't actually affect anything unless they get off their knees and do something.
5) People who think war does anything good for humanity. These people need a serious slap upside the head, especially if they're the people sitting behind desks ordering other people's children to go out and die for what they deem just. War only serves to intensify people's hatred, to spill unnecessary blood and to drain away the wealth of societies. It has never done one iota of good for the common man; only for the privileged few like weapons manufacturers and oil companies who get to profit from the spilled blood of others.
