Just adding my 2 cents.... I have been smoking for over 25 years now and I smoke everyday. I have gone periods of time without smoking but personally I just like the peacefull sence it brings. As for being lazy and not getting things done, well that is a lack of self control and allowing pot to run your life.

I work full time in technical support and I can tell you being buzzed at work sure helped me stay mellow and not blow up on some of the stupidest people in the world. As for being parainoid, you should have gotten over that the first year of smoking, know it's not real and don't give into it.

I will take smokers over drinkers any day of the week. Smokers are generally peacefull people, drinkers loose all self control, the personallity changes are terrible and just how absolutly stupid people are who are drunk.... I can show you thousands of articles on a drunk driver killing someone.... please tell me how many stories are there of someone who smoked a joint. Also, please tell me who gets into more fights for no reason at all, definitly not a smoker. I enjoy smoking a couple of joints with friends and getting into some really deep discussions... try that drunk with a group of people, the intelligent thing that will come out of that is who can blow the biggest fart fires.

Yes, you can have pot control your life but if you control it instead of the other way it can make looking at such an ugly world not quiet so ugly.

Well I am 28 yrs old with the same kind of snap when I was 13 and starded smoking. I don't have any children, and I have spent just as much money on all the other fun vices at one time or antother, now I stick to my pot, might go out for a beer once a week, but my point is (and I am sure has been said already) I guess it is all in your situation, I make pretty good money, and the little I do spend on pot don't hurt me a bit so I will gladly have a big old buff for you! i do not think weed is harmless to all

and i need it ,nothing about addicted just medical reasons
for ulcers,its only thing that works

i can do without weed for weeks(i havent lately,)
but one day without a cig,man i get all ansy like a crackwhore needing a rock
so all i can say is
it should be legal
and if some asshole says otherwise,they need to be the ones get cancer
so when they get kemo,and need a medicine to make them be able to eat
