Help kicking the cigarettes please!

do you smoke menthol or regulars?
if you smoke menthols, get a bag of cheap menthol cough drops...thats what i did

the patches do work. nicoderm cq worked for me until i stopped using it because it became too expensive but it does work. gum and nicorette dont do anything for me

welbutrin kills teh cravings. i still smoke jacks time to time, but its all cause mentally i want one. like ive had 5 the last 3 days. and clove cigarettes are HORRIBLE, if you wanna try nasty ones.
