K, here's my problem...

1) I never said "horribly" but, for one, you're a minor and you shouldn't be drinking and smoking dope. I can only assume that you like LSD based on your name but I didn't bother going back to read your post history. Since you've been "in the system" for nearly a year, how old were you when you started? Does your mother approve or do/did you lie and hide it? Most mothers don't give their under <16 year old kids an oz for their birthday so I assume you broke house rules to do whatever it is you do. (How am I doing so far?) Where was I? Oh yeah, you got in this big fight with your mom and ran away. I'm sure she told you not to leave and you bailed anyway, right? When your mom tells you not to leave the house, stay the fuck in. When you're an adult, working for your money, living on your own and paying your own bills you can make all of the adult decisions you want. So you ask what you did wrong? You disrespected your mother, who gave birth to your unappreciative ass, causing friction in your family and basically being a drain on their emotions and budget. Is that wrong? :rolleyes: How about that JOB? Why don't you help for a change and get one so you can help you mom who's done so much for you. Want to fight less with her? Give her 1/2 your check and stay out of trouble.
2) It doesn't matter what I think it's worth, it's not mine and I'm not a judge in your city/state. All I know is it wasn't his to tag.
3) Yes, you ONLY admit you had a pipe, now what are you going to do?
4) You claim you have a high IQ but you're the one that fucked up, got busted, got diversion, blew that, got probation and is talking about running away to blow that too. No offence but is that your idea of bright? How is any of that going to help you go to college or were you planning to sell dope for a living?
5) You think you did nothing wrong except getting caught with a pipe and you think you weren't whining. You're wrong. :D
6) Well, I could be wrong, is this your little brother or an older brother? Maybe you learned to be a fuck up from him. Either way they're still your choices. You're either part of the problem or part of the solution, which are you? Do you think that minors getting busted with drugs helps the cause of legalization? That's what the anti-pot people point to; "think of the kids!" Every kid that gets busted with pot makes it harder to get it legalized, if you care about it, quit until you're an adult.


What do you think of NORML? Do you agree with their principals and ideas?

1) I first smoked about 3 months into my freshman year of high school. I never had to keep it a secret from my mom, before I got caught I even smoked with her once, no secrets. About the "running away", we got into an argument (I guess that makes me a fuck up too), and I left the house to cool off. She didn't stop me. I do have a job, I do more shit around the house than she does, I already give her half of my check. Oh, and please try to find me a kid who's never disrepected his mom before. I suppose you were a perfect little angel your whole life, right?

I have 3 boys so i can relate to the trouble. My 23 yr old is incarcerated, probation violation, but it started when he was 14 ( he has ADHD) if any 1 cares, me and my husband have helped him numerous times, its up to him now.... has been for a while, I think he needs a re hab, not jail. M y17 yr old is a junior in HS, he is lazy big time, hasnt gotten arrested (yet?) has tried weed, I found it in his room, but hes had a job since he was 14 , same job, its just that he is extremely lazy and HE is numbero uno , in his eyes, what do you guys think? I also have a 13 yr old son. The 17 yr old is the only 1 that dosent have ADHD.

2) I told you, it's not my ramp, I know nothing about it, I could see that it MIGHT be fair. I don't know your laws or your brother's situation.
3) Which is why I said that it "might" be a felony to run. Since you're 16 and you just got caught with a pipe, it might not follow you to other states. Like I keep telling you, I don't know the laws in your state.
