You're right. Beyond the visual impact, obeisity has actually become a pretty serious health problem in America. Like most things here, people take a good idea too far. Back in the mid '80s when I was in high school the big thing was that girls were beig pressured to look like skinny little super models. Anorexia was becoming a big problem. So, the big push was to let girls know that they didn't have to be skinny super models and that they should be happy with their bodies no matter what they were like. Also, parents shouldn't be obsessed with having the perfect little girl and be accepting if they are a bit chubby. Good idea. But somehow people twisted this to mean its ok to become a serious fat ass and parents shouldn't say a word if their kid's diet consists soley of twinkies and super size McDonalds. Now the big thing is starting to be the fact that a lot of kids are obese, not just a bit chubby, but unhealthely obese. My guess is that fairly soon the push will soon start to go back to being skinny and the cycle will start all over again.

I live in CFL and dam man here there alot of minoritys and dam there are some fat girls wering some skimpy ass shit and i get sick and not just that i feel bad for them and hope they really don't truly think they feel there hot.:(

its like they have a trick mirror at home, or like they think the more skin/fat thats showing, the sexier they look, or that if they wear something smaller than thier size, they will look smaller. can you say muffintop? i cant complain cause i happen to be skinny.

what kills me is when these bitches think they actually look GOOD! when they dress like this, skin tight jeans, jelly rolls with huge love handles and a tiny top, yuck yuck. now im a med. built chic and i cover myself up for the most part cause i know i dont look good at the moment with the winter lbs but during the summer months i look swimsuit great. at least i can ADMIT to not needing to show skin at the moment, these hoes and bytches cant cause they too damn stupid to admit it!
