I was in a dream 2 nights ago and I felt this twitch in my brain and it startled me so much I woke up. I then looked around the room and then realised that my eyelids were shut. The room was in such detail that I thought it was reality but my eyes were closed and when I realised this it went black and I "woke up". I have been trying to induce an out of body experience while Im dreaming and havnt had any luck until now (I didnt have an out of body experience but it was the beginning of an astral projection).
I've had this happen too, however I think it's because your brain simply memorizes what your room looks like. Many times I've dreamt that I've woken up and walked around my room, got dressed for school, went out the door and woke up again lol.Quote:
