what can cops do?

well, now hes being charged as an adult. how can they charge him as an adult if it happened 5 days before his 18th birthday and its his first offence

a similar thing happened to my friend recently. earlier in the night he took 3 pills of XTC then couple of hours later he took 2 hits of acid and went walking to the store, witha few buddies that were also rolling, luckily i was too fucked to walk with out rubbing my hands all over my silk soccer jersey so they wouldent let me go.

hehe anyways they were walking to the store and a cop pulled up and searched all of them, he said he could smell alcohol but they werent drinking!! my friend had a bowl on him and they arrested him, the cop totally killed his X but he started tripping bad while in the cop car they got him for paraphanelia on a complete bullshit search, nothing he could do about it, and he kept it cool while tripping luckily

but yea man cops these days are mean, and they really seem to pick on us candy kids, ive been told a vics inhaler and a pacifier is enough to be called paraphanelia for XTC or at least warrants a search but im not sure about that
