why would u get a 4 or 5 year old high?

haha yeah oz is one the the most laidback countries when it comes to cannabis. Esspecially here in western australia. You can grow 5 palnts and only get $200 fine and thats it! Im not a big drinker or stoner but whn the time comes it come and thats it:D:D
