Karmic connections has the best prices of any headshop I have ever been to on the east coast. That is in Baltimore on Broadway street. I have been offered weed by kids while I was browsing in the store, maybe you will be that lucky.

do any of you know of any head shops or anywhere i can get pipes and shit in st.marys, charles, calvert county area?

Anyone find any shops in Hagerstown, MD?

There is also one in Martinsburg and Harpers Ferry (this one is nice and has pretty good prices. I love the gas masks) Its only half hour from Frederick and maybe 45 minutes from Hagerstown.:jointsmile:

This is kinda random, but does anyone know where to get nitrous oxide cartridges? I'm new here and I havent been able to find them. They're sold for making whipped cream but stores dont seem to have them.
Where can I get them in Maryland and are they even legal here?
