i dont want to look 'manly' or tough, nor am i trying to impress anyone, especially not women, as i am one. i just like knives.

I used to have a dagger, but I upgraded to a machete.

I use mine mainly for protection. After you've been jumped by 3 guys, had your face broken, and had the special feeling of drinking steak smoothies for 2months, not being able to talk or open my mouth more than an inch, then yes, I feel the need to carry one and use if anyone tries to do that again. :p
