I've found that following your body's sleep schedual, and getting outside are two very progressive ways to deal with depression. I enjoy smoking when I am outdoors and use it as a way to get out.
Well, so far the best thing has really been just accepting that I am living this life, and trying to have an optomistic outlook on what goes on. Get control over your sorroundings, then relax and enjoy. That's how I feel. Might not get me too "far" in life, although, I think I'm pretty far out right now, :rasta:
