Like I said before, I'm 95% sure this thread is BS! There has been nothing in the news about it and the thread starter has yet to post a link or tell us where he heard this story. Plus he said they looked up his "ISP address" which does not even make sence.

Silly humans, you still always find the need to blame other people for your own failures. Parental controls are WIDELY available on any ISP (even with IE). If you're that worried about your children then don't let them on the internet or monitor them when they are on the internet. It's that simple. You can blame other people for your own shortcomings as a parent.
Dont let them use the internet let them eat cake instead.
